A new reaction wheel - that spins, and some paint

Hello everyone, (stephen)

We are now using our backup ESC and Jerry machined us a beautiful new reaction wheel with a lower MoI to prevent damaging our new ESC.

And with that, we were able to get the motor spinning again! :D



We also have painted our housing with our logo and our friend Brent's welding company logo.

We are now testing the control loop system, and getting prepared for Symposium.
